Senior Software Development Engineer - Chalfont, Bucks Senior Software Developer with experience of C# programming, MS Windows development (Win 32*64), and .Net technologies, required for global leader in access infrastructure for the on-demand enterprise, based in Chalfont, Bucks. You must also have up to 5 years relevant programming experience, plus experience of WinForms and multi-threading, and should have a good Computer Science degree or equivalent, plus relevant industry or internship experience. You should also have some team leadership experience, and excellent organisational, team working and decision making skills. You will be working as a programmer in the Management Services development group, within an experienced team of skilled software engineers, and will be responsible for leading managing a team of experienced programmers. Additional responsibilities include developing new features and functions depending on business need. You will also be responsible for providing work estimates and determine methods and procedures on new assignments. You will be required to provide leadership on projects of medium to large scale and provide technical guidance to other engineers. Salary £55k pa + bonus + benefits.
